ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION
Order processing time fluctuates with order volume.
Most items on our website ship within a week. All items are custom and made-to-order. If you are in a hurry and/or have a deadline, please contact us first to see if we can meet your deadline. We'll do everything we can to accomodate your request.
This time frame applies to orders under $100. Orders over $100 may take longer. Again, please contact us if you are working with a deadline.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100
Our shipping method is First Class Mail, if it qualifies, (3 to 5 days). Priority Mail (2 to 4 day delivery). An Express Mail option (1 to 2 day service) is available. Should you have any questions regarding shipping please feel free to contact us.
FIRST CLASS MAIL: Orders from $0 to $99.99 are $5.50
PRIORITY MAIL: Orders from $0 to $99.99 are $5.50
PRIORITY MAIL: Orders $100.00 and higher are FREE
EXPRESS MAIL: Orders from $0 to $100.00 are $24.95
EXPRESS MAIL: Orders from $100.01 and higher are $33.95
LOCAL CUSTOMER PICK UP (N.W.Louisiana area): Free of Charge
SHIPPING LIABILITY
We make a concerted effort to label our packages clearly and also provide boxes to protect your purchases as a standard method of shipping. However, once your order leaves our store, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods or packages. If your order seems late in arrival, please email us and we'll provide you with tracking numbers.
RETURN POLICY
ALL products on our website are made-to-order (to your specifications). Due to the custom nature of our website, nothing is mass produced. You will receive a custom product each and every time you order. If you are not satisfied send your unused product back for an exchange or refund, less shipping costs. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
